Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Any user of the services (“Users”) includes “Students,” who have registered with the Site and paid for access to any courses, programs, or materials (collectively referred to as “Courses”). Users may also be referred to as “Visitors” if they access unpaid content or are not registered Students. This Agreement applies to all Users (referred to as “you” or “your”). By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Agreement, including any additional terms and conditions provided to you in relation to the Services and materials offered or made available (“Additional Terms”).

Please refer to our Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and Additional Terms, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail.

This Agreement may be modified from time to time. Continued use of the Services following modifications constitutes agreement to the updated terms. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the beginning of the document. Regularly reviewing this Agreement ensures you stay informed of changes and obligations.

User Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. In case of a security breach or unauthorized use, you agree to notify us immediately. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any User whose identity cannot be verified.

To access certain features or content, you must register for a User Account using a unique email address and password (“User Credentials”). Additional information, such as your name and contact details, may also be required. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and updated as needed.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any Services without notice. We are not liable if any part of the Services becomes unavailable for any period.

You agree to comply with any technological restrictions implemented to protect content, including digital rights management tools, and acknowledge that such restrictions may limit your use of certain features or materials.

Payment Information and Course Cancellation

By purchasing products or services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to promptly pay all applicable fees, including taxes. Failure to pay fees may result in the termination of your account. Payment plans are non-cancellable once initiated, and you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

All purchases are non-refundable except as outlined in our Job Guarantee Terms & Conditions. We may use third-party payment processors, and all transactions are subject to their terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice, but program costs will remain fixed once purchased.

User Content
